Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Zahi Zohar ("SheetSchool", "we", "us"), the operator of sheetschool.cc. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SheetSchool.
1. The service
SheetSchool teaches Google Sheets through interactive exercises that run in your browser. The Basics lessons are free and need no account. SheetSchool Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks every other lesson, including lessons we add later.
SheetSchool is independent. It is not made, affiliated with, or endorsed by Google. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC.
2. Who can use SheetSchool
You must be at least 13 years old to sign in or buy Pro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent, guardian or school must agree to these terms for you. Schools and organizations that let students use SheetSchool are responsible for getting any consent their local law requires.
You may not buy or use Pro if you are located in a country under comprehensive sanctions, or appear on a government restricted-party list (such as those maintained by the US, EU, UK or Israel). Lemon Squeezy may also block purchases to meet these rules.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure, because anyone who controls it can use your Pro access. A Pro subscription is for one person and may not be shared, resold or used by several people.
4. Pro subscription, billing and renewal
- Seller. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
- Price. Pro costs $6.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and is charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel online at any time from "Manage subscription" in your account menu, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
- Discount codes. Promotional codes, such as the newsletter welcome code, apply only to the first payment unless the offer says otherwise. One code per customer, codes can't be combined or exchanged for cash, and we may end an offer at any time. A code doesn't change the refund rules.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy may retry it. Pro may be paused until the payment succeeds.
5. Refunds and your right to withdraw
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, and within 14 days of a yearly renewal. The details are in our Refund Policy. This also covers the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right that consumer law gives you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish or sell the lessons or exercises, or share Pro content outside your own account;
- use SheetSchool content, including lessons, exercises, answers and checking logic, to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI or machine-learning models, or to build a competing course or product;
- try to get around the paywall, security or access controls;
- disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
- use SheetSchool in a way that breaks the law.
Teachers may show lessons in class and point students to them. They may not copy lesson content into other materials without our written permission.
7. Our content
The lessons, exercises, text, design and code of SheetSchool belong to us and are protected by copyright. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your access is active. It doesn't transfer ownership. Spreadsheet formulas themselves are general knowledge, so use what you learn anywhere you like.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep SheetSchool available and accurate, but we may update, add or retire lessons and features. If we stop offering Pro altogether, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
9. Disclaimer
SheetSchool is an educational tool. Our in-browser spreadsheet is a practice environment that imitates Google Sheets, so a few results may differ from Google Sheets in edge cases. Don't rely on lesson examples as financial, legal or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to SheetSchool is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.
11. Your responsibility for misuse
If you break these terms or the law while using SheetSchool, for example by sharing Pro content, scraping the site or infringing someone's rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses this causes us, including reasonable legal fees for third-party claims. If you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent your local law allows, and only where the misuse was your fault.
12. Ending access
You can stop using SheetSchool at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we end a paid subscription without that kind of breach, we'll refund the unused part.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paying users, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use SheetSchool after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be solved quickly.
