Common questions
- Cancel or change your plan: open your account menu and choose Manage subscription. You can also use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment.
- Invoices and receipts: sent by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and available in Manage subscription.
- Pro not unlocked after paying: make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to upgrade, then reload. If it still doesn't work, email us with your order number.
- Privacy or data deletion: email us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Schools and teams: email us about using SheetSchool with a class or team.
